Everything is fine at the moment. I am doing fine with my diet at the moment. Although i try to skip eating meat, i do take it sometimes, occassionally that's it. Some of my friends said that I had slimmed down a bit.

Chinese New year is just around the corner. Just hope that I will not gain anymore weight during the holidays.
